My Rams generator failed. I believed after looking into the part availability it would take months to get it replaced under warranty . Kyle was able to find the part and was I believed after looking into the part availability it would take months to get it replaced under warranty . Kyle was able to find the part and was able to return my truck in a week. Great job Kyle! However Ram or its parent company failed to provide parts for sold vehicles. Having to wait a week for a part doesn’t reflect badly on the dealership but speaks to the manufacturer failure to provide replacement parts for the cars and trucks it sells. More
