Walked in with no appointment for very low tire pressure left rear tire on my 2024 Trax which I purchased in March. Service quickly got my car to the technition who took the time to take my tire off and fou left rear tire on my 2024 Trax which I purchased in March. Service quickly got my car to the technition who took the time to take my tire off and found a nail close to the rim. I needed a new tire which would not be in until the next day.I was given a ride home and picked the next day. I call this wonderful service. Matt in service showed me a picture of the nail and told me why it could not be patched. It had a slow leak so for safety purposes he did not feel I should drive it home and come back the next day. He said I had a new car and we needed to take good care of it. Matt was efficient,accommodating ,and cared about safety. It was a very pleasant experience.I felt well cared for and would recommend McGovern Chevrolet of Greenfield. More
