Mr. Hogan , We are a bit confused by your review. In the spring you brought in your truck for tailgate issues , GM issued a recall on most of the parts which caused a massive backorder of needed parts. While we were waiting for the parts you took the vehicle to another dealer who worked on it and told you it needed the part we ordered for you but that you would have to pay out of pocket for it. You finally called us back and we reached out to GM and got the part and labor paid for by Chevrolet something the other dealer didn't do. We don't understand why you would be upset with us.
