We do our best to provide the best and most efficient service. We have a proven and long standing record of providing great service over the years. We look to these reviews as a way to fine tune and tweak processes to become even better. This review however, is a misrepresentation of the actual events. I feel a response is necessary. We were looking forward to providing great service on your vehicle. This vehicle was not purchased here and nor was the warranty. We followed all of the protocols with your warranty company. The first transmission they sent was faulty and we waited for a correct one to be sent. Regardless of where you perceive fault to be, you were incredibly abusive to anyone here who answered your calls. You even indicated to one of our receptionists that "the other dealer won't even open the door". I can assume you have likely had worse experiences elsewhere. In over 24 years of business, I have never had a customer speak to all of our staff in the manner you did. We even covered over $700 in goodwill that your warranty company did not. We will continue to provide quality service and will always take real and constructive criticisms as a way to better our services. Jeff Tracy
