bought my car about a month ago. I have not been happy since week 1. After signing all the paperwork that was pretty much shoved at me and not gone through and explained properly. Just sign here, here, here and here..no explanation of each document. I brought the vehicle back 4 days after signing and told them I was not happy and the vehicle was already making a noise. There awful service team supposedly checked it and determined there was nothing wrong. About 2 weeks later I had to have the vehicle towed in and got a notification from onstar that my engine or transmission system needs to be serviced. So great paid for on over priced Trax and havent even made my first payment...and its been in the shop twice with the same response from service "nothing wrong" This dealership needs to straighten out whatever is happening internally and there is ALOT, they have zero issue talking about there internal problems with customers. I will also report to BBB. Then the owner Jeff Tracy was threatening to report his loaner stolen. These people are rotten. Now I have been working with corporate, hopefully they will straighten this out. More

Not hearing back I called and was only able to leave a voice mail ..at first I was ok leaving a message and again no response.. Called again and still another voice mail..! No one called.. I have 2 #'s to reach me.. I work . like many people do . So I needed to schedule this appointment to coordinate with my schedule.. Upon arriving home I had a voice mail saying "my online ..appt. Was not in the system !! And nothing was available at this time and would have to wait for an open appt. My sadness lies in the lack of respect that I received and that the Tracy of today is not what it was!.. My concern is that no one could answer the phone and that I no longer feel safe .. I am the widow of their prior Cadillac rep who felt they WERE one of his best stores .. He would not feel that way now .. Ok I vented but now I will have to start over.. I am not sure how to navigate through this problem but I will manage . This is just plain wrong and no way to treat your customer!.. More
Fraud Had my vehicle serviced here. Was told that the technician blew a brake line during test drive. Quoted 1700 dollars to repair. Picked up vehicle and b Had my vehicle serviced here. Was told the condition reported was totally not true. Total Fraud!!!!!! Get second opinion before getting service at this dealership. Complaints have been filed with attorney generals office consumer protection division and criminal investigation division. Good luck if you go here More

Upon receiving my bill For $619.73, I asked to speak with him , he stated that is what the automobile needed. I said, would you not call for approval for the extra work, he stated that he knew I would see the value. Well at this point I don't enjoy car repair shops spending my money. Spoke with apparently his mgr. and currently I am disputing this issue with my American express card , I'm sure they will see it threw clearly. NEVER AGAIN STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. More
Poor Customer Service Customer service set up an appointment for early morning and said the job should take an hour. I got no update and called them 5 hours later to be told they didn't start it yet and had no idea when it would be done. I called again 30 minutes before closing and Anthony said it was done "a while ago" and he left a voicemail. I show up and they said they had me confused with another customer. They finally gave me a rental which they had said earlier in the day they did not have. To sum it up, a 2 hour long job took a day and a half, and cost me a day of work without my truck. Really? No one from that dealership has reached out to me to apologize or explain what happened. If you must go to this dealership (not recommended) speak only to David Poitras. More
Worst experience I've ever had with dealership service dept They like to lie & make up excuses for delay in repairs. Dropped my car off 38 days ago for a new transmission & cylinder head. Both repairs were approved by my warranty company in a timely manner & this dealership has done nothing but complain to me about the time they have had to spend on the phone dealing with my warranty co. (Sorry but thats your job!) As of right now my warranty co. has sent them approval of payment on all repairs & they are still lying & blaming my warranty co. as an excuse as to why my vehicle is not ready to be picked up yet. I have dates & times in which my warranty co. approved payment for repairs from weeks ago. I have caught this service dept. in many lies throughout the process. I will never go back again & would not recommend this service dept to anyone!! It is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business! More

They broke both keyless entry door handles and put a dent in my roof and when I said something about it the best Jim could come up with is that someone must have tryed to break in I live Halifax ma and cars in my roof and when I said something about it the best Jim could come up with is that someone must have tryed to break in I live Halifax ma and cars don't get stolen there with out keys and there's not a single mark from a screwdriver that most thieves use so up yours Jim you suck and now I'm sick of this car and use to love it doors open when they feel like so that a Tracy deal for ya and nobody will beat that More
Strange set of coincidences everytime car goes to this dealer with some type of problem or service light. Even though the dealer has these diagnostic codes, they never seem to be able to diagnose witho dealer with some type of problem or service light. Even though the dealer has these diagnostic codes, they never seem to be able to diagnose without hefty labor charge for diagnosis and never seem to diagnose without 3 or more visits for same problem In the meantime we are told other things need to be repaired which never seem to make sense and dealership tells us the seemingly unncessary repairs are unrelated to new problem Something either wrong with mechanics or dealership ethics More
