Purchased new vehicle and regret the purchase with McGovern Chevy after today’s experience getting inspection sticker and registration on my new vehicle, I can see that the customer does not come first there and feel that it was all about the sale. As a repeat Chevy buyer who lives local, I can honestly say that I feel I was not valued as a customer and where does the future lead having my vehicle serviced there.

This customer purchased a truck and took delivery a week ago. He came in today for a sticker and we re detailed his truck for him. As the customer was leaving he went straight to a tiny paint chip on his door. The salesperson had it covered with touch up paint thinking that he was helping. The customer then became angry blaming us for the chip. Sales person came and grabbed a manager. The manager explained that he has been driving the truck for a week already. And could have gotten a small chip anywhere just from a pebble kicking up. The customer left angry maybe expecting the manager to take responsibility for his chip and paint the entire door? I also see that the customer put 2 stars for price and transparency. We brought him back in after leaving the first time and did all of the customers numbers that he wanted. We did his deal.
