Thank you for taking a moment to comment on our process. We really appreciate the feedback! Let's review the little things that didn't go so well and address them for you. 1) Our policy is that every new & certified used vehicle receives a full tank of fuel at delivery and every used vehicle gets a half a tank. I'm not sure whether you bought a new or used vehicle, but if we did not achieve that goal, let me know and we will send you a check. 2) We have a Massachusetts inspection sticker machine in our facility and we perform a state sticker for every vehicle delivery (once the car is registered) assuming it is during normal working hours and that the technology from the Commonwealth is online at that moment. If we could not do a sticker for circumstances similar to the ones I have described, you're certainly welcome to come back for it. If we charged you for an inspection but were unable to fulfill it and you got one elsewhere, just let me know and we will send you a check back for the fee. 3) Interestingly, not all new cars come with owners manual's any more. This is an interesting development.. Alas, the OEM's must reduce weight in their products to attain federal fuel mileage targets and the pound or so of an owners manual is on the editing room floor for many new vehicles today. Their statistics show that less than 10% of people ever open a manual and that online versions have become a preferable solution to most of their clients. So if you bought a new vehicle from us, you have a resource where you can send in a request and FCA will send you one for free. If you need that information, just ask. Or, if you purchased a used vehicle from us and it was not in the car, just let me know and we are happy to find you one, regardless of the make and manufacture. Again, we really appreciate your feedback because it helps us make sure we strive for 100% fulfillment for our customers. CWH coleman.hoyt@actonchrysler.com
