Horrible salesmanship Ordered a car several weeks ago via sales rep "Ryan Callahan". Placed a deposit on the car and was assured by sales rep it was mine. Car was scheduled for delivery Saturday. Received an update there was a delay in shipment, till Wednesday. I call and email for an update Thursday and Friday this week and all attempts to contact Ryan were ignored. I decide to drive to dealership Friday evening and find out what is going on. Talk to manger "Paul Puccio" and he informs that the car is sold. I ask about my deposit, and says the process meant nothing until a bill of sale. Weeks were wasted and total trust was lost with these guys. Stay clear of westborough Buick gmc. Management and staff don't care about you. More

My husband and I began to look for a new 2011 Buick Enclave last month. After dealing with some unreliable dealers for over 2 weeks, we were so disapointed and gave up the car. Visiting Westborough Bui Enclave last month. After dealing with some unreliable dealers for over 2 weeks, we were so disapointed and gave up the car. Visiting Westborough Buick GMC is just an unexceptable try and finally we are very satisfied about the car we get. The staff are professional as well as friendly and the experience is fantastic. I will definitely recommend you to visit Westborough Buick GMC. Here is our dramatic story. My husband first stopped by on 11/05 when he took a friend to buy a new car near Westborough Buick. Since we were looking for a new 8-seat 2011 Buick Enclave which was not common, the sales man Jeff searched their databace and found one in stock. He showed the dealer's cost honestly and offered a fair price. After consideration, we decided to take the price and tried to get the 0% apr for 72 months which the manufactory provides. So we contacted Jeff on 11/10 to do the pro-approval. The result came out negative and we were not qualified. Jeff and his fellow provided us another financing option with Credit Union. In the same time, I sadly found that we could not afford the monthly payment no matter what apr is. Since the new car had alreadly delivered on 11/11, I got a little embarrassed to refuse it because of financial problem. On 11/14, I went to Westborough Buick and planned to explain why we could not afford the car. After reviewing our potencial family monthly expenses, the leasing manager Tom thought the car insurance was incredible high and he would like to take a try to reduce it. Unbelievable! He made it! He helped us to save $1000/year on car insurance! Thanks to Jeff's patience and Tom's effort, we finally get a new vehicle we want. Thank you. More
Had to have brake work and oil change on my car done. Service was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The service manager Cozmo drove me to my office down the street instead of me waiting at Service was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The service manager Cozmo drove me to my office down the street instead of me waiting at the dealership. All work was done in a couple of hours and Cozmo offered to pick me up if needed. One of my co-workers drove me down to the dealership and i was able to pick up my car in a timely fashion. Great Service More
I have been bringing all my vehicles, even non-GM to this dealer. The number one concern with any shop is trust, and to back up their repairs being second. I would not go anywhere else, this Dealer has a lot experience in their Service Department, only the best mechnaics are employed by them, no exception - they have my full trust when identifying a problem, and the Service Mangagers are always trying to keep my cost as low as possible - they want me back! I have brought my car to Westboro GMC's service department several times, even though I did not purchase my car at the dealership. I choose to use Westboro GMC's service department because I have always found everyone there to be helpful, polite and attentive. I actually live 30 minutes away from Westboro - the excellent service is worth the travel! When I have left my car for service, Dave, the service advisor, always called me promptly with updates, explaining the issues clearly and concisely. When I have waited for my car to be serviced, I was told how long the service would take. Dave would update me periodically on the progress; I always felt that I was "in the loop". My car was always finished when promised. The mechanics take great care in spotting other issues (warn belts, etc) that would prevent me from breaking down and needing to be towed. I'm grateful that things like this are always brought to my attention - an ounce of prevention, as they say! I have referred many friends to the service department because of the excellent service I have received there. The employees are caring and competent. I can't imagine the folks at Westboro GMC not resolving an issue, or not following up on a service problem; they go out of their way to make sure the customers, and their cars, are well cared for. My experience was nothing but pleasant at this dealership. I had some routine service done on my car. From the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away the service manager cosmo casamassa dealership. I had some routine service done on my car. I have always been treated professionally and honestly by Cosmo of the Service Department. When I have a problem with my automobile, I know that I can drive to Westborough GMC and ask for Cozmo who does his Cosmo of the Service Department. We have followed Cosmo Casamassa for 15 years at the 3 gm Dealerships he has worked. We have purchased vehicles at those dealerships specifically because of the service we have always recieved. We worked with him and Terri untilTerri passed away, and as always Cosmo hired another compitent service advisor in Dave. I was recently there for a oil change and Cosmo's team found a major oil leak. Being I was just out of Warranty Cosmo contacted Gm and got them to approve the repair. A class people in an A class atmosphere. Keep up the great work. More

I arrived early in the morning for a simple oil change as a waiter. After about two hours of sitting and waiting without updates I took it upon myself to ask one of the workers what the hold up was and was told by Shaun Sanville "How the f**k should I know, I dont do oil changes, talk to one of the rookies." Appalled, I demanded to speak to his supervisor and was then directed to the srvice manager cosmo cassamassa. I explained that they were taking too long to work on, my vehicle and that one of his employees was exceptionally rude. Cosmo's response was: "I dont know what to tell you, we are doing the best we can." I then proceeded to ask him if I could speak to his boss to make a proper complaint against his worker Shaun Sanville. He advised me that Michael Bates was never around and that he was the "real boss". At this point we began to bicker back and forth and despite my many efforts he refused to give me an incident report. I told him that this was no way to treat a customer and Cosmo replied by saying: "I know out there you may be able to get what you want with an xxx like that but in here im the boss and its going to take alot more convincing." Though it goes without saying, this is no way to run a dealership!. The employees are more fitting behind bars than behind the wheel of your car. I have gone to great lengths to contact michael bates and reveal my terrifying experience and have come up with nothing but a voicemail that promises a call back. On top of the horrible customer service, I drove my vehicle all the way home before i noticed that i was not given any washer fluid and my oil cap wasnt even put back on my car!!!! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and quite frankly, feel like the place should either be shut down or put under new management. Everyone that i dealt with, especially shaun sanville and cosmo cassamassa, were extremely rude, dishonest, and power hungry. Poor auto service is an issue but I would petition for potential future customers to steer clear more for their safety than anything else. Jane Doe More
