McGovern Buick GMC of Westborough

Over charge, manufacturer error. Facing bankruptcy. I bought a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L "Elevation". I have been upside down on this loan since I purchased it. I bought the truck a Facing bankruptcy. I bought a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L "Elevation". I have been upside down on this loan since I purchased it. I bought the truck at 30,000 miles in August 2021. By the time I was at 40,000 miles, I owed more than $13,000 than the truck was worth. Not to mention, one of the rims was scratched before I drove it off the lot. This truck loan has been impossible to escape, it was financially ruining me. It is really upsetting to see them charge me the price of an SLT, when this is a basic trim level. This is just slimy. Now I am at 90,000 miles. The truck does not start. It abruptly stalled and stopped running. There are metal shavings in the oil. This could be up to $10,000 in damages. My truck is totaled and I am facing bankruptcy. GMC claims NO RESPONSIBILITY. GMC claims that there is NO MANUFACTURER ERROR. A lifter valve seriously fell out, and destroyed the engine, and motor. And they want me to pay for this. This is devastating, and it all started with unethical sales. DO NOT BUY FROM McGOVERN. DO NOT BUY A SIERRA. THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN. THE TRUCK WILL FAIL. THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU. More

We bought a new GMC Denali our salesman was Jim Shaughnessy we have never had such a seamless transaction it was all the things that buying a new vehicle is generally not!
