EXCELLENT SERVICE Best car buying experience ever! My wife and I contacted McGee Toyota to look at a 2017 Camry with very low mileage. We called first to check on the Best car buying experience ever! My wife and I contacted McGee Toyota to look at a 2017 Camry with very low mileage. We called first to check on the car's availability. We were told the car was available and a sales representative would meet us for a test drive. We arrived at McGee and we're immediately greeted by Berson Desroses. Berson introduced himself and immediately made my wife and I feel comfortable. He interacted with our kids and listened to us. He immediately retrieved the car we inquired about and went for a test drive. Berson and I had a nice conversation during our test drive and not once was he pressuring me to be this car. We got back to the dealership and I indicated I was interested in purchasing the Camry. He inquired about a trade in and his manager evaluate my 2009 Accord. In less than 10 minutes he came back with the value of my Honda, which was $500 more than a Honda dealership offered me earlier that day. The paperwork was drawn up and we were done. Fantastic experience. I felt like I mattered and wasn't just a number shuffling through. Not once did Berson try to sell me a car. He let me buy a car, which I very much appreciated. There's a nice friendly atmosphere to dealership that makes you feel welcome. Berson did a great job and we have already passed along his name to a friend of ours who is in the market for a new vehicle. Excellent dealership, fantastic experience!! More

Superb Right from the moment i got out of my car to 'window shop' to the moment i actually bought the car that i liked, was an amazing experience. I had a series of questions and queries and he was very patient every time to make sure they were answered to my satisfaction. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. I had been around various Toyota dealerships and none comes close to my experience here. It was not just about making a sale but giving customer satisfaction. Everything was made so much easier. Expensive of service To repair break leaking, charged me $1000. They said the service will take 3-4 days , so I rent their car. Then in the end, I had to pay 7 days rental with service dept. i paid $35 per day for rental car. I left one iPhone mat on dash board of rental car when I returned the car, then next day I called up but they said the stuff was already missing. I feel disappointed in it. More

False information Bought a used Tacoma. I was sold an extended warranty which I wanted because the year old truck had 58K miles and didn't want to be out of warranty on Bought a used Tacoma. I was sold an extended warranty which I wanted because the year old truck had 58K miles and didn't want to be out of warranty on such a new vehicle. I was told everything was covered. I asked specifically about brakes. I was told the brakes were covered. I asked again since I know brakes are a wear item and was told yes, bumper to bumper, everything is covered. After 1 year and 10k miles, I'm told the pads and rotors need replacing, the rotors are too bad to just machine down. I mention the warranty and am told the brake system is covered, not the pads and rotors. The sales manager tells me when it was sold, they MUST have been OK or it wouldn't have been sold. The warranty manager says 'that happens when you buy a used vehicle, I had to replace mine as well". I seriously asked 3-4 times specifically about brakes when purchasing the warranty, one would think they would have said it didn't include pads and rotors (which was my concern and reason for asking repeatedly). Seat defect/ Replaced I had an issue with my rear passenger seat (2017 toyota sienna) not being able to fold into the stowaway compartment. McGee service center ordered the I had an issue with my rear passenger seat (2017 toyota sienna) not being able to fold into the stowaway compartment. McGee service center ordered the part for me and corrected the issue at my convenience. however, when i got home the head rest would not stay in the fixed position and kept folding down making it very uncomfortable for the passenger in the rear. When i contacted the McGee service center they got me in the next day at a time that worked best for me to correct the issue. During the process from walking in the front door the service team was very professional and attentive to my vehicle and my conducted themselves in a way that made me feel confident that i brought my sienna mini van to the right place. overall, my experience was pleasant and i would and will recommend the McGee service center to anyone who asks. I was especially surprised at how clean the service area is; they even had someone vacuuming the service bays and moping the floors. Thank you for all your help. More
We went in to test drive a Rav4 and loved it. I was rear ended so needed to get into a car quickly. They were great, did all the registration stuff for me (which saved me a lot of time). Great service! I've been wanting to buy a new vehicle for a while but didn't feel like dealing with the typical dealership business style. I came to McGee to check o I've been wanting to buy a new vehicle for a while but didn't feel like dealing with the typical dealership business style. I came to McGee to check out a Tacoma and I ended up getting more than that. The customer service I received from Berson was awesome and I didn't feel like I was sitting around waiting for paperwork or the finances. I will definitely be doing business here again! More
