I bought my car from McGee and following the recommended servic Very happy with Andrew and your service team. After a cold night my tie sensor lit up. I bought my car from McGee and following the recommended service suggestions, never needed to put air in the tires, your service team took care of it. Well, when the light lit up, I decided to put air in myself. Much to my surprise, one tire had the sensor sticking out and I was unable to add air. This was disconcerting as my last visit included a tire rotation and a new tire. I called McGee and they set up an appointment that suited my schedule. When Andrew checked it out, he explained what needed to be done. I had no choice, you have to eventually put air in a tire, so I said just go ahead and make the repair. Andrew kindly checked with the service plan for me, and it wasn’t covered. I appreciated that he did check, let me know, and although not covered, a repair was necessary. I was thrilled when a few minutes later Andrew came to the waiting area and let me know he and his coworkers were able to fix the sensor without any difficulties. This was top notch service at its best. I have to commend this service department, along with Andrew, because each visit I have received quality, professional and friendly assistance. More

Expensive The service was great but rather expensive for a brake job. They did use cheaper parts for the emergency brake that saved me money, but overall still The service was great but rather expensive for a brake job. Just one problem Told that an inexperienced technician who worked on my car, in fixing a battery problem, reset the computer before my state inspection was completed a Told that an inexperienced technician who worked on my car, in fixing a battery problem, reset the computer before my state inspection was completed an an emissions reading could not be obtained. I drive 1/2 hour to Dudley for sevice and now have to return to complete the inspection. Disappointed. More
