Started off so so. Stopped in to look at a car, no one came out to help, so i went in and asked for a test ride, seemed ok, traded my car, put money down, went to finan Stopped in to look at a car, no one came out to help, so i went in and asked for a test ride, seemed ok, traded my car, put money down, went to financing, pushed into a warranty i really didnt want, waited a few days for my registration, kept hearing we will call you, but never heard back, come to find out the sales guy had a day off, what no one else helps, i printed my own registration online, went to the dealer to get my own parts needed for the car and get a sticker because they said they would not reimburse me if i went elsewhere, even though they precharged me, oh yea and they overcharged me for transfering my plate and all kinds of extra fees on the bill of sale, talk about screwing a customer, thats what this place does, just be warned, this place is as crooked as they come and customer service is out the door, even when i went to get a sticker, the lady in the corner office needs training also on how to be nice! More
