Went in for an oil change with a coupon I received in the mail. The service area was crowded so I expected a wait. Two hours later I received a text quoting me 4K worth of work they wanted to do. I went to t mail. The service area was crowded so I expected a wait. Two hours later I received a text quoting me 4K worth of work they wanted to do. I went to the service desk to tell them I just came in for an oil change. A mechanic was by the desk and he said they gave me a multi point inspection as a courtesy. My truck is 12 years old, but I did just pay them over 3.5k (to redo my brakes in late December). I asked if it was possible to just get an oil change without looking at all the work an older truck needs and they told me they always do it as a courtesy. So, bottom line: you can’t go here to get an oil change without them trying to sell you a bunch of other “repairs” at well over a premium cost. I was 2.25 hours for an oil change they could have done in half the time if they didn’t make it a policy to look for things the customer didn’t ask them to look for! None of which, by the way, needed immediate work. I bought the truck here and loyally serviced it here for years, but when the ownership changed, the quality, reliability, and trust of this place plummeted! Please avoid. More
