Again, I hope your experience is not like mine, but after you hand over your savings, be prepared to witness some of the worst and unprofessional service I have ever known. After calling several times, they finally told me the salesperson had the day off. I asked to speek with another person in sales, or a sales manager, they put me through to a salesperson and he told me the deal had been canceled. I asked why, he had no Idea. I asked to speak with the store manager, however I ended up with the finance manager. I than called back several times a day for several days, wanting to talk with Jeff Hurlbert, however he never returned my call. I than called the Toyota regional office.
