My first requirement from a new car was great gas mileage, that took us to looking at the new Prius C. My husband needed his 2004 Prius to get it's seasonal oil change and while he waited in the showroom he spoke with Dave Gulliver who showed him the Prius C. My husband was impressed with the car and decided we would return together to look at it and seriously consider a purchase. John Kosar greeted us outside the showroom and we discussed the car and he ordered the car in the particular color we chose. The car arrived within days and Gene Locke took us through the sales procedure with great efficiency of detail and helped us arrive at the best price. I couldn't be happier with the car and our experience of buying it at Hurlbert. All the people we worked with were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and pleasant, it was fun buying a car from them. I went to the dealership to get my oil changed. I received three free oil changes with my car purchase. The evening I was there was "new" car buyer appreciation night and they had drinks and sandwich received three free oil changes with my car purchase. The evening I was there was "new" car buyer appreciation night and they had drinks and sandwiches and goodies laid out for all the new car customers. I patiently waited for my oil change, all the while being told to have something to eat or drink by more than on employee, which I thought was nice. A young lady was handing out coupons to the customers and when she came to me I told her I was just waiting for service and she gave me one of the coupons. When I looked at it i realized it was a free oil change. I guess i was in the right place at the right time, but it was thoughful of her, and yes, I would definitely recommend them. More
When I called to schedule my service I spoke with a gentleman named Tom, he had great customer services and scheduled me at a time that worked the best for me. Because of storm Sandy I had to cancel, when I called I once again spoke with Tom. He was very understanding and rescheduled me for two days later at my connivance. My time at Toyota for the service was not bad at all & the technicians were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this Toyota Business in Epping, NH to many friends. John Norton was my sales rep when I purchased my Rav4 5/11 and I can't say enough about his customer service as well. More

From the start, the Customer Service was very helpful when I first called and made my appointment. When I arrived at the Dealership (Hurlburt Towota), I was greeted by Steve at the door of the entrance when I first called and made my appointment. When I arrived at the Dealership (Hurlburt Towota), I was greeted by Steve at the door of the entrance to the service station for my car. He esorted me to the reception desk where a friendly Jesse was there - all smiles. I was presented with a menu of three choices for the 90,000 mile checkup. The prices were all very reasonable and my overall experience was "above and beyond" in every respect. I ended up with an oil leak which was discovered during the 90,000 mile service and being it would take longer than normal to process the service, I was given a rental car gratis as part of their warm hospitality. I was able to use it to visit an old friend of mine from years gone by who was not well and in a rehabitation center. What a day. Thanks Toyota. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone and all. I drove over 500 miles round trip to have Hurlburt Toyota service my car. It where I bought it and I have found "none other" that can even come close to their excellent service and warm hospitality. I could write volumes about how professional they are in every aspect. I DID HAVE TO COME BACK FOR A SQUEEK I THE SERVICE DESK PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WORKED WITH ME EVEN THOUGH I CHANGED MY MIND A COUPLE OF TIMES. I DID HAVE TO COME BACK FOR A SQUEEK IN MY BRAKES AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF ON THE SPOT WITH NO CHARGE. OF CORSE I WOULD RATHER HAVE PAID A LOT LESS BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO!!! More
