I purchased a an 2010 Mitsubishi Es off Hurlbert Toyota I purchased a an 2010 Mitsubishi Es off Hurlbert Toyota Scion, The car seem to be a great deal, The man named bob power was a great sales man!!! i w I purchased a an 2010 Mitsubishi Es off Hurlbert Toyota Scion, The car seem to be a great deal, The man named bob power was a great sales man!!! i would rate him a ***** stare, he was willing to work with me and set it all up in one day and i was in and out, Then six miles down the road i got an air bag light and it said " service required ",When i proceed to call the dealer they said i need to take responsibly for the used car i purchased off then, The man names ED in service told me that they will take a look after fighting with him over the phone for three days, I don't hear from them for the next day ad a half then they tell me that it has been fixed and i am all set, About six miles from the dealer the light came back on, when i called them and told them it came back on they told me that's great news and when i asked why he couldn't tell me But he could tell me that all they did was clear the code, But when i picked the car up they told me it was a broken wire under the seat, After fighting with them for days they agreed to let me take it to Mitsubishi i had my car back 2 days latter and i got a call every time they wanted to take it for a test drive and every morning and night be for they closed with the progress, Then The radio cd player stopped working and Hurlbert Toyota Scion told me it was the insurance company problem now and when i went to go talk to the guy he got in my face and started screaming at me and told me to get out of his building and call the cops, The car came with a bad battery with i also had to fight them to replace I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DEALER, I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE THERE, NO MATTER WHAT I WILL NOT TAKE MY CAR THERE FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE RUDE AND DON'T TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AT ALL!!! 603-244-8813 More
Dealership was recommended to us by another family member who has dealt with Hurlbert for several years. The people are very friendly, non pushy, and go out of their way to be as helpful and concerned for ou who has dealt with Hurlbert for several years. The people are very friendly, non pushy, and go out of their way to be as helpful and concerned for our issues. The facility is comfortable and spotless. Their help with financing and warranty advice was great. Best of all, just as we were getting ready to leave they ended the visit with " is their anything else that we can do for you today." More

Overall excellent experience! Mr. Norton was helpful & even stayed after closing on a Sunday to help me in my car buying experience. The gentleman in the finance dept(I apologize for forgetting his nam & even stayed after closing on a Sunday to help me in my car buying experience. The gentleman in the finance dept(I apologize for forgetting his name)was very helpful as well. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and he made sure I understood ever aspect of the lease. Toyota is my new brand of vehicle & Hurlbert Toyota is my new dealership! Excellent experience! More
This is our 2nd purchase with Hurlbert's. We have had many Toyota's since 1986. I have had experiences with several of the Toyota Dealerships in NH, but Hurlbert's is the best by far. Our new 2013 had many Toyota's since 1986. I have had experiences with several of the Toyota Dealerships in NH, but Hurlbert's is the best by far. Our new 2013 purchase had to be found and driven to Hurlberts. During the transition a chipped windshield occured. They were upfront and honest about the issue during the delivery, took care of it, within a week, at our convenience and provided a loaner. More
I had never been at your service center, however the service that I rec'd from Mark (service guy), was great. I asked how long the job would take and was inform up to one hour. Within 45 mins. my car service that I rec'd from Mark (service guy), was great. I asked how long the job would take and was inform up to one hour. Within 45 mins. my car was ready and I found working with Mark made my part of the over all experice a great one. Through the many years I have lived in NH, me & members of my family have purchased many cars at Hurlbert Toyota. However, I had not been back for a long time. I decided to contact Howie Locke beca members of my family have purchased many cars at Hurlbert Toyota. However, I had not been back for a long time. I decided to contact Howie Locke because I knew him from the past. His approach to my concerns and wants were the reason I purchased the 2013 4 runner. Without his patience and understanding of my needs, I might have purchased a car at another dealership. I am glad that I contacted him. I would also like to say that Matt Luedtke was very helpful in the financing of the car and the options I still need to consider. These two gentlemen are an asset to Hurlbert! More

I went to Hulbert for a routine service visit on my 2006 Highlander and came home with a brand new Venza! I had been thinking about trading for a new Toyota for about 2 months, and walked around the lot wh Highlander and came home with a brand new Venza! I had been thinking about trading for a new Toyota for about 2 months, and walked around the lot while I waited. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy a new car, which I always expect from most dealerships. When I decided to look into the Venza, the service was most efficient, friendly and a great new car buying experience. I have done business with Hulbert for the last 8 years, and have always been treated fairly and efficiently. And all the employees at Hulbert have the most pleasant attitudes. It is pretty obvious they like their jobs and the atmosphere in which they work. I will continue to be a Hulbert Toyota customer for years to come. And by the way, the Venza is a super car! More
I brought the recently bought Camry in for an application of ProtectAll. The service department people were very helpful and friendly. There was already a loaner car waiting for me when I got there. My car w of ProtectAll. The service department people were very helpful and friendly. There was already a loaner car waiting for me when I got there. My car was ready the next day as promised. My husband inadvertently left the home security remote control in the loaner car. I contacted the service department and spoke with Mark. He located the loaner car which had already gone back out with another customer. He spoke with that customer confirming the home security remote was there. We were able to pick it up the next day!
