Our previous experience at Manchester Toyota dealership was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced (I’ve purchased vehicles in multiple Toyota dealerships in different states over the years) and Charlie identified discrepancies with the last purchase. Him and his colleagues including the owner of the dealership fixed the discrepancies and even got them added to our down payment for the new vehicle. The team felt that our previous experience was unfair and furious at how mistreated we were in the last purchase. They went out of their way to be extremely transparent and we understood everything going on with nothing hidden. I wish this had been my first ever experience buying a vehicle because they took care of us so well it had me a loss for words. I never thought a dealership could be this transparent, with such integrity. I would fly out of state to do business with them again. If you are in need of a new vehicle or someone you know is doing their first purchase come to this dealership. The money you save from them selling of sticker value with break even the plane tickets.
