Common sense manager Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving I noticed a shaking around 60mph. Called the next morning and went back. After a very short talk with the service manager he said they would "take care"of the balance it's "common sense something happened" and if the issue continued to come back and see them. Quite satisfied with my overall service experience I went in to service one of my two Toyotas at McGee Toyota of Dudley. They were very professional and as a matter of fact, the service dept rep infor I went in to service one of my two Toyotas at McGee Toyota of Dudley. They were very professional and as a matter of fact, the service dept rep informed me of a way that I can save myself some money by using my last-remaining covered services. I had not known about this and I really appreciate his openness of sharing this info with me. Other dealerships (I feel) would not inform me of such but rather try to get me to spend more money. service was timely and done in the time anticipated When first issued a recall we brought the vehicle in to make an appt. for repair. We were then called to say the repair was needed & they would have to order the necessary parts for the repair. We would have appreciated being told this was the protocol before making the repair. Then they called to tell us the parts were in and we made an appt. for the repair whiich was dine in a timely manner. More

McGee is so much better as far as service goes I imagine their sales dept. has to be much better than Harr as well. McGee seems to value their customers where as Harr treats everyone like garbage.
