Unfortunate. I bought a used car from this dealership. I purchased an extended warantee. We were then called to say the repair was needed & they would have to order the necessary parts for the repair. We would have appreciated being told this was the protocol before making the repair. Then they called to tell us the parts were in and we made an appt. for the repair whiich was dine in a timely manner. More

McGee is so much better as far as service goes I imagine their sales dept. has to be much better than Harr as well. McGee seems to value their customers where as Harr treats everyone like garbage.
