Fantastic experience. I was greated at the dealership by a woman with a big smile that welcomed me and asked if she could help me. I asked to speak with Jason whom I spoke with a day earlier. My current vehicle had a terminal failure and I still had a balance owed. I asked if they would take the car in trade, pay off the balance and sell me a new car. He said to meet with him which I did. He introduced me to Kaitlyn who was the person that greated me and we started working on options. I wanted an AWD vehicle with a trailer hitch. She located a 2015 RAV4 XLT in the lot and we went for a ride. After 10 minutes, I knew I wanted the car and we went back in to do the paperwork. I came in to McGee's at 10am and drove out with the RAV 4 At 11:30. Kaitlyn was very professional and very helpful in the entire car buying process. I told my wife what a great experience I had and several days later, she went to McGee's and traded her 2015 Corolla in for a 2018 RAV4. McGee also had a new hitch installed on the car a few days after I purchased it. More
Terrible service Where to begin.. well a few months back i started having some issues with my car shutting off when it was in park. I took it to Toyota to get a diagno Where to begin.. well a few months back i started having some issues with my car shutting off when it was in park. I took it to Toyota to get a diagnostic. I told the service department that i was pretty sure that it was the alternator(mainly because of the symptoms and because it was right around the time that problems with my alternator would be affected.) He told me he would check it out and let me know. After the diagnosis he tells me i need to replace my spark plugs. He told me he checked my battery alternator and everything was working fine. So $450 later im thinking everything is all good and of course i put my car in park and it shuts off like it did before. So now im furious because now when it shut off it won't turn back on. So of course i take it back to (towed of course) and get another inspection where he tells me it was the alternator. Now to replace that it will be $800+ but they don't say oh ill take off some of the labor since i told you it wasn't the problem (I still have the voicemail of him telling me its not my alternator). Now after all that i decide to give them another chance to prove they know what their doing. I take my car in for a "complimentary" break check and a car wash. When I get there he says the break check is $60 and is only free if i do the service which seems deceiving because it didn't say it online but still fair. They call me to tell me my break pads rotors resurfaced along with break fluid flush. Now he says thats all going to be $550. When i told him that i couldn't afford that his whole attitude changed. He became short and rude. When i get back after still having to pay for the break check and oil change i go and look at my car to see if they at least did a decent job on washing it. As soon as i pull in to look i see there is still the same bird xxxx stains on the hood and mirror of my car. When i go in to ask him if maybe i was mistaken on whether it was a outside wash he comes out so i can show him(doesn't grab a cloth or towel to actually do anything). As we are out there and im showing him the multiple crap stains on my car he says oh well its a hand wash and im not getting a wax. As he's saying this i use my nail to easily take off the stains in front of him. He says well if i wanted a detail service then i need to pay additional $50 dollars. This place is a joke. I didn't know $35 wasn't enough money to clean up dry bird xxxx off my car. So all and all i spent $95 today for wasting my time.I went to my local mechanic and set up an appointment for the service which said they would do it. I refuse to give this place my business anymore. More

Common sense manager Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving I noticed a shaking around 60mph. Called the next morning and went back. The person at the desk wanted to charge me for a balance. After a very short talk with the service manager he said they would "take care"of the balance it's "common sense something happened" and if the issue continued to come back and see them. So thank you to the service department manager for your not so common common sense approach. More

Quite satisfied with my overall service experience I went in to service one of my two Toyotas at McGee Toyota of Dudley. They were very professional and as a matter of fact, the service dept rep infor I went in to service one of my two Toyotas at McGee Toyota of Dudley. They were very professional and as a matter of fact, the service dept rep informed me of a way that I can save myself some money by using my last-remaining covered services. I had not known about this and I really appreciate his openness of sharing this info with me. Other dealerships (I feel) would not inform me of such but rather try to get me to spend more money. I have had both of these said vehicles serviced at McGee and I am yet to experience any difficulties. ALWAYS a SMOOTH transaction! Thank you! More
