# BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. !!! I hit ice, my 2007 Prius was without power. Happening on Saturday night, I spent a frantic Sunday talking with local Toyota dealers and was told my c I hit ice, my 2007 Prius was without power. Happening on Saturday night, I spent a frantic Sunday talking with local Toyota dealers and was told my car was just scrap metal. My return to work Tuesday gave me Monday to make things happen. I phoned McGee Toyota of Clairmont, New Hamphire at 7:05 AM, Monday, Mike answered the phone and immediately took control, calmly assured me my car could be diagnosed, and after letting me know with finesse that they did not have towing services, had already recommended and googled Bennies Towing in Chester and had the phone number ready for me. After flat-bedding my car over and 'hopping ' a ride, the car was immediately checked in by Johnny, the service manager. After a new battery and a recalibration, I was on the road heading home after the, and I am not being dramatic, the BEST car dealership experience of my life, of which I have almost 50 years of. Awful from beginning to end McGee Toyota was the worst car buying experience someone could have. Our sales person was pushy and misleading. First he offered a trade in value, t McGee Toyota was the worst car buying experience someone could have. Our sales person was pushy and misleading. First he offered a trade in value, then he told us that the trade in value was the only negotiating he would do for price of the new vehicle. He continuously rescheduled dates to trade in our vehicle. We ordered our vehicle which could take up to 8 weeks, but when the truck was due to be delivered we got a call that the dealerships had no record of what we ordered but still cashed our deposit. At that point we were told we would only be dealing with the general manager, Paul, who apologized for the issues. Finally at closing, Paul was nowhere to be found. We dealt with Becca the finance person who was pleasant but mishandled our paper work resulting in a missing title and payment late fees. I called the dealership several times after to get information about the mistake but both Paul and Becca failed to return my calls after leaving several messages. I would never go here again or recommend this to anyone. There are many other dealerships in the area that know how to operate and communicate with customers. More
