Not fully impressed! I haven't been impressed with the information received/reviewed on my car or the service once I found out the truth from the service guy. I was told I haven't been impressed with the information received/reviewed on my car or the service once I found out the truth from the service guy. I was told that my car needed to be serviced every 5K miles for oil change and tire rotation, after 3rd visit (15K miles) they stated that it only needs a oil change every 10K although I do come in every 5K to get car looked over with tire rotation when it's not a "oil change". (It still takes them a hour or more either way) I mentioned in a survey about what kind of service I received with one of my other cars somewhere else, I was asked the very next visit if I wanted car wash at no charge? I said yes, then they forgot to wash it, so I had to ask them to do it? They answered with, we are busy and it will take a extra 20/25 mins to do that for you. Then the car wash guy got out of my manual transmission car without putting the emergency brake on as he was giving it back to me. I said that the car was still rolling and he said that he couldn't find the brake. I had to quickly walk with the car and open the door to get in and put brake on. I was't informed on some important features about the car and some were electronic safety features that I found out about later in a email from Toyota directly or that I read up on in my car manual book. I feel like I got poor customer service in so many areas! I should have realized something wasn't right when they begged for me to give 5 star rating in the beginning, so that the sales guy could get paid his $100. I didn't usually say anything because people make mistakes, but after I had at least one issue each time I was there for service and also to find out months after the sale I wasn't informed correctly by a sales manager, I now needed to say something. I hope this will only increase the customer service for everyone that walks in the door and not make it hard for me to continue my car getting serviced there! More
