Never have given a negative review for any entity in my life. Felt obligated to in this case. Had 2 interactions with 2 different personal at the service desk on the day of service, May 15, 2021. One servi life. Felt obligated to in this case. Had 2 interactions with 2 different personal at the service desk on the day of service, May 15, 2021. One service desk person was very helpful, friendly and genuinely nice. Unfortunately I don't know his name. The other one, who must have been the nice ones supervisor, was very curt, snotty and really rude. I have since learned he was Daniel Obara. Follow up call 17 days later looking for my registration which they took at time of service because I was trying to get an inspection after the car was serviced. That call unfortunately was with Daniel Obara whose voice I recognized from my service visit. He continued to be very short, rude and totally unhelpful. Continued to repeat the same thing over and over even though it was useless information and he made no attempt to even look to see if they had my registration. He kept saying over and over to bring the car in and they would help me look for my registration like maybe I hadn't looked for in the car or like they had some secret location to look for it in my car. This man definitely doesn't like working with the public and in my opinion shouldn't be allowed to. I will not use this dealership's service department ever again. Please note my complaint is not about the people that actually worked on the vehicle. It's only against that one service desk person, Daniel Obara. More
False promises, surprise charges The years ago I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, they scratched up my rim in the process and promised a new one...never hap The years ago I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, they scratched up my rim in the process and promised a new one...never happened after several calls on my part to follow up. Now 2 years later my check engine light came on. Upon inspection the service writer tells me it's my computer module and replaces it. The same day I picked up my vehicle after said repairs it had more symptoms then when I dropped it off. It started almost shorting out.. the radio turned on and off, lights turned on and off etc. I called several times and brought my car in to be looked at. I was consistently told they couldn't find anything wrong with it and to bring it back if my engine light came on. Two months go by, the problems escalated to the point where I am scared to drive the vehicle. Once again I called Patriot and expressed concern and reminded the service writer of all the issues since the last repair. He asked me to drive it in which is over 25 mins away and the way the car was acting I was not going to drive it with my 2 small children. I was told that because they didn't have any runners on the weekend he would send a tow for it. Now here I am 4 days later getting a surprise bill for the tow when I have A AA and could have made my own arrangements had I known. I am incredibly let down by the service departments lack of disclosure and dismissal of all of my concerns leading up to this point. I feel as though I have expressed concern about the same issues since the initial repair several times and have been dismissed. And now conveniently enough my car is out of warranty and they have found the problems. More

All my questions and concerns were answered. Thanks to her I don't dislike having to deal with car issues anymore I have a place I can take my car and know it's in good hands. Awesome Service The service was excellent, he came and picked up the vehicle at my work then brought it back, the washed it and vacuumed it with out us asking, which The service was excellent, he came and picked up the vehicle at my work then brought it back, the washed it and vacuumed it with out us asking, which is always a plus. I always have my car serviced at Patriot and I have found their service department very courteous and ready to help, no matter what I am there for. I have bought tires there on occasion and feel confident th their service department very courteous and ready to help, no matter what I am there for. I have bought tires there on occasion and feel confident that I have gotten the best deal possible while they did their utmost to expedite my whole experience. I trust this service department totally and I want to thank them for all the extras they have given me and my wife. More
Purchased 2 new G.M.C. sierra`s. The 2013 has issues. I had to pay out of pocket to have tires balenced at independant shop after Patriot sent it for a road force balence that did nothing for the proublem had to pay out of pocket to have tires balenced at independant shop after Patriot sent it for a road force balence that did nothing for the proublem. The independent shop made the ride better but assured me in there opinion the tires are of poor quality and i would be chasing the vibration until the tires were replaced when worn out. Keep in mind the truck is new off the lot and back 4 times with this issue. I have been waiting 30 days now to be repaid since my last voice message from service manager Nuno. T he same person who told me he probably wouldnt be able to fix my proublem when i took him for test ride. Iwasa told i would most likley have to live with it. List price of 43,000.00 Shame on you and your dealership. Will never go to Patriot of Charlton for anything. 03/19/2016 Update Still no check in the mail .Going on 6 week since service voice mailed me saying request was submitted to G.M.C.. I left semi detailed message with there customer service number ( WHOS VOICE MAIL ANSWER DOESNT HAVE A RECORDING JUST SAYS U HAVE REACHED #) and after a week have not heard back. If big business Tom Sulivan and crew had to survive in a small business they would starve. DO NOT BUY AT PATRIOT IN CHARLTON !!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
