I took my 2015 Chevy Silverado to have my front brakes replaced. When they where doing the job the noticed that some link was missing on the front passenger side. They took me into the shop to show me. Th replaced. When they where doing the job the noticed that some link was missing on the front passenger side. They took me into the shop to show me. They luckily had the part in stock and replaced it. They where very fare on the price of the missing link and the brake job. The service manager Alex did a great job explaining everything. I would of given a higher rating but still having issues. First off they had my car for 3 weeks. During that time I had to pay for a rental. I had 4 tires put on my car and balanced 2 days later the add First off they had my car for 3 weeks. During that time I had to pay for a rental. I had 4 tires put on my car and balanced 2 days later the add air light came on. All of my tires had various tire pressure by at least 7lbs only 1 tire had the correct pressure. I had my power steering pump that they said needed to replaced it was just done by them 2 years prior but they said there's been issue with that particular pump well they replaced it but there is a continuos noise I never had before. I took the car back the very next day they flushed the the lines and re added fluid but it did not make a difference they said it could be air in the lines and to drive it for a week it has now been exactly 1 week still making the same noise they said it could be a faulty pump. I also had a tune up that part there's no issues. I wanted a side mirror replaced because the mirror was not folding in and out. I was told the part was in but when I went to pick up the car the side had not come in and was told I would need to bring it back once they had the mirror but first it needs to go to the body shop to be painted then back to the garage to have it installed. It's now been 4 weeks since it was supposed to have been ordered no call as of yet. During this time Russ the garage mrg I was working with no longer works there I think that was part of the issue why everthing has taken so long. The people there all of them have been very pleasent to talk to I just wish I could have had everything taken care of in a reasonable time which I would think 5 days since nothing major was done to my car. Multiple times I've tried to make a service appointment for my truck. The service manager is so rude and obnoxious I ended up telling him forget it and walked out. I am a retired GM certified class A tech for my truck. The service manager is so rude and obnoxious I ended up telling him forget it and walked out.
