A great sales team I got a great deal on my trade-in, way better than the big dealers in the Capital District. I knew I was at the right place when the first thing I hea I got a great deal on my trade-in, way better than the big dealers in the Capital District. I knew I was at the right place when the first thing I heard when I walked in the door was one of the receptionists saying that they had charged the car up for me, just like I had asked them to do (it's an EV, a Volt) -- they went out of their way to get it charged even though they had no way of knowing whether I was a serious customer or not. The rest of the Whalen staff were courteous, and the financial officer was understanding and attentive to my financial needs. My sales rep, John Raila, was great, really easy to work with. They got me a great financing deal with a local bank and fixed me up with all the NYS documentation I needed to drive away with my new car, everything done in one afternoon -- and that includes the undercoating, which they also did while I waited. The car was immaculate when they delivered it and it's great to be driving it around with a Whalen license plate holder! The drive out to Greenwich was quite a ways out of my way but John Raila, Mike Haertel and all the staff made it definitely worth the trip. More
