DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED!!! McGee Chevrolet is horrible and need to stop screwing people over. My fiance bought a car from them 10 months ago. He noticed problems wit SCREWED!!! McGee Chevrolet is horrible and need to stop screwing people over. My fiance bought a car from them 10 months ago. He noticed problems with it shown by a loud noise the car made about a week after he got it. Because there was a warranty from the dealership, he brought it back to McGee to let them look at it twice. They told him there was nothing wrong with it and not to be concerned. The noise got so bad that he took it to a place his family uses for their sport cars. The owner of the business/ mechanic looked the car completely through and found over twenty problems with it. The list was insane! The mechanic said that a few things on the list needed to be repaired immediately because the car wasn't fit to drive in the condition it was sold to him in. The immediate repairs cost $3000. In addition to this rip off of a car, the dealership financial manager, Nigel, sold my fiance a warranty that was "bumper to bumper". This is a straight out lie. The warranty only covered one thing on the list of necessary repairs. The warranty cost my fiance $2750. We went back to cancel the warranty and waited over a half hour to talk with Nigel. In explaining how frustrated we were with the whole thing he told me to stop having attitude with him. Professional guy huh? On the way out I saw a family that looked like they were sitting down to purchase a car...I wanted to warn them!!! It is amazing to me that people can treat other people the way Scott and Nigel treated my fiance and I. They did not care at all that they ripped him off costing him thousands of dollars. It is also interesting that they don't think their reputation is important. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP...unless you plan on throwing thousands down the toilet. More
From my initial contact on the phone with Mike Foley of the BDC dept, the quality of service I received was courteous and professional. Imed(GM) was very accomodating and listened to my needs. Nigel(finan the BDC dept, the quality of service I received was courteous and professional. Imed(GM) was very accomodating and listened to my needs. I had been in contact with Mike(internet person) over the Internet about a new truck and set-up and appointment to go there and see the inventory. I went in the next day to look around for a new truck when i Internet about a new truck and set-up and appointment to go there and see the inventory. I went in the next day to look around for a new truck when i was greeted by Brian(salesman). He was very friendly and courteous and his knowledge about the Silverado was impressive. He worked out such an excellent deal on my truck that i didn't even have to continue shopping which saved me days of wasted time searching for the right truck at the right price. I also recommend seeing Nigel who is the finance manager who worked with me to get an even lower rate through another bank which lowered my payment significantly. I highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family and i will surely recommend them all to see Brian, Mike, and Nigel. More
I contacted the sales rep via email when I noticed a 07 Mustang that I was interested in. When I asked about accidents and other questions, the rep said "It's straight up". What kind of an answer is that? Mustang that I was interested in. When I asked about accidents and other questions, the rep said "It's straight up". What kind of an answer is that? I sent a message back asking him "Does straight up mean that it was crooked at one point?".It already started off to be bad dealings. They would not budge on the Mustangs price, the sales rep was miserable and argued constantly-I thought it was all about customer care/service? I called back because I saw that the vehicle had an alarm system but I was never given a key that controls that. So, if the cars alarm should activate, I have no way of entering the vehicle to shut it off. MCGee Chevy's personel told me that if the car came with it they would have given it but other than that there is nothing they can help me with and to call Ford. For crying out loud, I just bought the car last week! Shouldn't it be in the best of condition considering it is a new car and the dealership IS trying to sell it! LEMON DEALERSHIP! Other than that, the Mustang seems to be running good-low mileage. God forbid, there's probably duct tape hiding somewhere that holds the car together. More
