Aaron did an awesome job! His knowledge of the Silverado i bought blew my mind and made the previous salesman at Tracy Chevrolet look bad. He is very polite and worked hard to get me the best price possible i bought blew my mind and made the previous salesman at Tracy Chevrolet look bad. He is very polite and worked hard to get me the best price possible. His managers were great as well because they don't just sit behind the desk, they actually came out to meet me before i left to thank me for my business. I was able to take home my new Silverado home that night and I will definitely recommend McGee Chevrolet to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much! More

I bought a used pick-up from this dealership, and I'll just skip over the sales persons approach and over all sliminess. I bought it, because I liked the vehicle, not because of a killer deal I got. The just skip over the sales persons approach and over all sliminess. I bought it, because I liked the vehicle, not because of a killer deal I got. The truck was in a great shape overall, but when I brought it in for my first inspection, the inspector (a guy I've been going to for a few years now) said the parking brake doesn't hold in Drive. It holds in Reverse, but the car moves while in Drive and it's just idling, meaning no foot on the gas. I tried this myself, right before and after I got home, thinking maybe this guy didn't push it in all the way, or something. But no, it didn't hold. Since it's a warranty repair, I made an appointment, took half a day off from work, and drove 45 miles from the Cape for service. I waited about an hour, before someone from the service dept. came up to me asking if the truck is mine. He wanted to show me something on it. We went out to the truck and he procedes to tell me, that the brake has to be pushed in all the way to the floor in order to hold. And he pushes it all the way, then steps on the gas, brings rpm up to 1500 (state requires only 1200-1300) and the brake holds. This service person tells me they didn't have to adjust anything, it was simply what you'd call an operator error. I tried it right there and then, sure enough the brake held. I was a bit confused, trying to figure out if my inspector (and then myself) actually did make this mistake. Anyway, great, it works. I went straight back to my inspecting station, tell my guy what I was told at the dealership, and he says that he pushed it all the way to the floor 6 times and it didn't work. He took the truck in to test it again, and then he said that this time he only had to push the brake only about half way to set it. I tried this later myself, and it's true, I don't need to push that brake all the way to set it. This means that McGee service dept did adjust something, but they lied to my face about it, trying to blame their oversight on my ignorant inspector. I can promise you that I will never go back there to purchase or service another vehicle, again. And I'll will not recommend this place to anyone I know, as well. More

Very disappointed with the quality of service provided on my used purchase warranty. 2007 Mini van purchased on quickly found the AC to not be working. Brought it back and a fuse and freon was was rechar my used purchase warranty. 2007 Mini van purchased on quickly found the AC to not be working. Brought it back and a fuse and freon was was recharged, no cost, thankfully. 2 weeks later (now approaching the end of the 1 month warranty) and the AC was no longer pushing cold air. Brought it back in and left it with the dealership for a few days so they could charge it back up and test it for leaks. They managed to find one leak...a Shchrader Valve and an O-ring. Parts cost...$2, maybe? Charged me the $100 deductible. Lucky me. Refilled the Freon and sent me on my way. 2 weeks later, AC no longer pushing cold air. Take it to my normal mechanic, tests for leaks and quickly sees that a hose running from rear to front of car is leaking. Cost to rapair...$400 part and another $400 labor. Clearly they figured as long as they keep saying they fixed something, filling the AC, eventually I would be out of my warranty. Upon calling, I was told that they did check everything, and that unfortunately leaks can begin at any time. More
We were offered a price of $18,500 for a truck, but we were tired and said we would return another day. Josh(the salesperson) said, "What if I offered it for $17,500, a $1000 less, would you buy were tired and said we would return another day. Josh(the salesperson) said, "What if I offered it for $17,500, a $1000 less, would you buy it?" We said probably and decided to go for the test drive. We liked it and was ready to make a deal. When we returned, Josh, the salesperson, was loud, threw the paper on the table, and said want to make a deal for $18,500 now and no lower. WE said $17,500 and he yelled "no" cause I said only "What if"....poor poor poor way to do business. Yes, just semantics, I know, but very misleading..and he knew it. He was rude, had such a bad attitude, and treated my wife with disrespect by ignoring her questions and talking over her and then talking over me. I tried to tell him I was willing to negotiate, but he was not. Chris his boss, was not loud or disrespectful, but Josh became even more irate. We will never return to this dealer because of this experience and hopefully his boss spoke to him about his lack of good behavior. They lost a sale because they are misleading, disrespectful, rude, and he had such a bad attitude. He was aggressive at the beginning and that is okay, but misleading their customers like this is unnecessary. After the test drive he was verbally abusive. Sorry, being bullied to make a deal is just not going to happen and would recommend you put yourself in this possible position.. Stay away, worst I have ever had in my 64 years of life. More

I was an easy sale. I called ahead of time, got the price and went in. I sat down with Aaron and said I would buy the car for the price advertised. He happily shook my hand, filled out some paperwork and the and went in. I sat down with Aaron and said I would buy the car for the price advertised. He happily shook my hand, filled out some paperwork and the car was bought... or so I thought. After about 45 min of waiting he came back telling me the car would be 250$ more because I didn't qualify for a deduction(pre owning a GM). I stated from the beginning that I had my own financing and after waiting a total of 2 hours they came and yelled at me that I had to get their financing. The Manager did the yelling. I should have walked away then, but stayed and did their financing. We were told the car would be ready by Wednesday but Wednesday came and we couldn't get a hold of Aaron. Thursday came, Friday came, and still no Aaron. Finally we went in on the following Saturday, 8 days later and the car wasn't ready yet. They had an issue with the registration. An issue that could have been easily solved by then. The same manager as before came in and I yelled at him for the car not being done and he yelled back saying none of this was his fault or the companies fault. They took no responsibility. After a time arguing he agreed to give me two lousy oil changes and said the car would be ready Monday. Monday came we picked up the car. That went well. Got it home and they registered the car in the wrong name. Now we have to go back... Miserable experience. More
