I have called American Express and the raynham pd also the bbb. Why not return my money? Your dealership was the worst. Holding my keys and registration until I demanded them back. Why have salesman when the two dopes make all the decisions. Return my money with interest or I will press charges. These people are a joke. The dummy's in the office are rude. Thiefs More

She said they had called my house phone (which I haven't had in years). Gave me attitude when I had to spell out my last name. I had told them the week before my new phone number, and that the car was in my name now, not my fathers, which they apparently didn't listen to. The employees were rude and unhelpful and told me I would have to come back tomorrow, not only inconveniencing me, but inconveniencing my ride to work. This place has awful employees, and not to mention the place looks like a complete dump (and smells like one too) don't waste your time, take the extra 20 minutes and drive to one of the other chevy dealerships. worse dealer i ever done business with Went to order a 2014 Corvette Z51 from McGee. After a couple hours of negotiating we came to an agreement. They told me they would give me $49,500. They told me they would give me $49,500. for my trade and they would order my Corvette. they told e I should see the car in 6-8 weeks. Well, 8 weeks later they told me that the Z51 corvette was on "constraint"and the Z51 production was on hold and that they would keep me informed on when it was going back into production. 3 moths later I didn't have my corvette or my trade in. I was willing to settle on any corvette they had in stock because I was losing my patience. I went for a ride to Paul masse Chevrolet in RI to see what they had in stock. I told the salesman my story that I had been waiting 3 months for my car because it was on constraint. The salesman, Sales manager, and their ordering department had confirmed that the Z51 corvette was NOT on constraint! In fact, they could order me one that day and have it within 6 weeks GUARANTEED! So I came to find out that they didn't have the allocation from GM to order anymore Corvettes but they wouldn't tell me this. They just kept lying to me! . So I went back to McGee, Told them I wanted to cancel the deal. I wasn't waiting anymore and they still couldn't be honest. They told me that Paul masse would have the same issue. So they did cancel my order but SCREWED me on my trade in! They told me that they didn't "actually' give me $49,500.00 for my trade in and that they gave me $48,000.00 for my trade and took $1500.00 off the sticker. So there goes 1500.00 and not to mention the $2500.00 I lost in taxes because now I had to pay sales tax on my trade! So less than 6 weeks after ordering my Corvette from PAUL MASSE I AM DRIVING IT! I LOVE IT! Paul masse called or emailed me a couple times a week to keep me posted and did everything they promised! Not like McGee! I wouldn't take a FREE car from them! By the way, the order tracking number Mcgee gave me when I ordered the car through them, STILL HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED BY GM! Good thing I didn't keep waiting huh? More

I purchased a used car and thought they were great because I had credit challenges. I did not think any one could get me into a new car. Well I drove home in a new car, but 6 days after, I called to check if the car was registered so I could bring it in for a sticker. Apparently the car was yet to be "funded" so they cannot register it. I was in a panic because I only have 7 days by law to get this done. Day 7 NO REGISTRATION. They "fixed" this by writing a new purchase and sales to give me another 7 days. Really? I am not the only one who has hear this from the dealer. On top of that, I was to bring the car in for service (things that needed to be done since I bought it) they tell me I need $100 in order to get them to look at it because the issues are not safety related. WHen I buy a car, I expect it to be in working order or get fixed. Don't wait until the day I bring it in to tell me I need $100 to have it done. More
Lousy Dealership, Lousy Employees, Just Plain Lousy!!! Was going to purchase TWO vehicles on the same visit. Before I even sat in the chair, it was the same old smoke and mirrors. That my price point was too low, instead of $500 per month for both vehicles, they now wanted $700-$800 per month. This is my third trip to this dealership in past five years, every time leaving frustrated. Never again, they make you feel insignificant. The whole bunch, from the senior management down. Must be a trickle down effect they teach when they start working there. The more people you crush with your thumb, the higher position you get. There is no price negotiation, not even $500. Guess the great recession didn't make them change their ways at all. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP, NEVER MIND MAKE A PURCHASE, YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!! More

I arrived after a 1 1/2 hour drive and he pulls up the truck that I told him I was not interested in and said the one I wanted was not available for the same price(although it had the exact sicker price). Very strange because he told me I had to tell him before I came down which truck I wanted so the paper work could get started on. Suddenly the price jumps $45 per month over the quoted price but he thinks he didn't do the exact same thing he accused the other dealership of doing. Mind you there was no call before explaining the truck wasn't available or the payment would be higher. After 3 hours of negotiating a price I could live with I find out that he put it as a 10K mile lease WITHOUT my knowledge obviously hoping I wouldn't notice until it was too late. I called the General Manager Jay Pacheco multiple times although he NEVER returned my calls. I spoke with the New Car Sales Manager Steven King and he assured me he would return my check (deposit) although he submitted it to the bank for deposit anyway. So I spent 3 hours in my car traveling, 3 hours negotiating an already quoted price, 3 hours of listening to blatant lies and had to pay my bank $28 to stop payment on my check. All three of these people have absolutely NO MORAL COMPASS at all. There are thousands of dealerships out there....find an honest one.....this one isn't even close. More

Experience started great, but I left unsatisfied with no owners manual for my used 2008 ford escape, and a monthly payment more then I wanted to spend monthly. The warranty also wasn't as good. only two years, I expected three. Good dealership, but didn't stand out personally. The killer is all along, I thought they were going to take my trade. Well after everything was signed, it's being towed away and it will go down as a repossession in my name. I cannot sell it because it has problems but I would have appreciated being more upfront, which they were not. Overall the vehicle itself is fantastic, but to me it is little things that keeps clients returning. I can get a manual off ebay for 30 bucks real easy, but it is the principle to me. I asked for one and was denied. They DID NOT go the extra mile. Just another sale. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and once again I should have listened to what I had heard coming in about this dealership. I was told mixed things and overall my experience was no good and I left unsatisfied. I will not be a "repeat customer" More
