I'm happy to say that this was by far the best, easiest, quickest and most pain free buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Elder and the sales manager John and they were great. They treated me with respect and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. I think sometimes people will only write a review if something didn't go quite as perfect as they had hoped or that they will just complain about anything. Thanks again guys. Once you sit down to discuss the deal you are NOT treated with respect. The sales consultants are very aggressive and really pressure you into buying or leasing a car you may not even want. If you try to leave they imply that you have wasted your time. I went through this with leasing a car here. Once you sign that finance agreement you are not treated well. They make everything they are doing is a "favor" to you. Then when you need service you have to deal with a very rude service department. I was told I didn't need an appointment for an oil change as you can just come. Once I got there the service representative was very rude and stated "you should have made an appointment"...Confused? Yes! So I had wasted my time driving up for an oil change and then had to scheduled an appointment. If you are looking to buy a car and be treated with some degree of respect DO NOT select this dealership. They pressure you into buying a car even if its not what you really want. Then if you change your mind they get very mad at you! Go to Herb Chambers, or another chevy dealership where you are actually treated like a human being. More
Worse experience ever I made a deal for an Equinox, decided on a payment, even paid the "first" month lease payment. After a few days of non contact (yes no contact ) I cal I made a deal for an Equinox, decided on a payment, even paid the "first" month lease payment. After a few days of non contact (yes no contact ) I called and oops " the bank didn't give us the "number we needed"....So needless to say I paid for the first month, they didn't get whatever "number: they wanted from the bank (must be a fee of some sort) so I couldn't get the car. Okay what's done is done, I asked can you refund what I paid, I was told no problem. Two credit card statements go by and no credit. I called again and was told, "oh, you need to come in". Once I got their I needed the receipt! "They couldn't find the copy of the sale". So I had to go search for it finally found it. SO it took about 3 months to get my deposit back. They only care to deal with you when they will have successful deal if not you are treated like something that is worthless. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone even my worst enemy. Do NOT GO HERE! More
Horrible experience. Fell I. Love with the new Colorado this dealership had the right one and was the only one within 100 miles so I put up with a lot of BS to purchase it Fell I. Love with the new Colorado this dealership had the right one and was the only one within 100 miles so I put up with a lot of BS to purchase it. Shawn my first salesman decided to lie to me and say that Chevrolet did not have a military discount program then he modified that to it is $750 which is a separate rebate and he actually rolled his eyes and sighed starting to talk down to me saying I was wrong. After showing his manager the program online and getting a different salesman I walked the dealership through the whole process as they did not know their own sales programs.the finance program was much better only one issue and when I pointed it out the business manager verified I was right and things proceeded smoothly although I did have to go back and have him correct the .extended warranty he tried to tell me a disappearing deductible was the same as 0 deductible. Finally I had the dealership install a GM tonneau cover,a 1 hour job took 3 hours. Fine as long as it was done correctly but no. The technician decided he wanted to go home and forced the cover closed. Luckily I checked it before I left and had to have them take my truck back in and fix it as it would not close again. If you choose to do business here read everything and trust no one I am lucky that I had worked in the car business and had done my research prior to going in otherwise I would have been out thousands of dollars More

I was met by Jason Brown in the parking lot and explained what I was trying to do. He showed me a couple different trucks and I found one that I really liked. Long story short, Jason and the sales manager John gave me a deal that I could not pass up!! Great great people to work with and a great experience! Quick and easy. Thank you Mcgee Chevrolet and especially Jason and John for the great deal. I love my truck!!! More

Their pricing was stronger than dealers in my area. There come out price was way out of my budget. I explained my situation and indicated that we were too far off. It took a little while but they managed to work out an amazing deal asking for small concessions from me to be able to get me into a truck. I spent over two months looking for a truck and it took them a little under 2 hours to close the deal at an agreeable price. Sam Williams was a pleasure to work with. He worked to get the payment to an agreeable price and even brought the sales manager out to meet me and discuss the details in person who was able to make a little more happen. I never thought in a million years they would be able to get the price down to what I could afford. John came out and heard where I was coming from. They didn't once try to sway me to a different truck or a lower model or something used. They worked to get me into the truck I came specifically to see. I can't speak highly enough of John and Sam, and Richard. They all worked together to make sure the deal was acceptable to both parties with concessions on both ends but realistic ones. They valued what I told them and took a vested interest in the purchase. I appreciate them taking care of me and getting me into a safe truck for my expanding family and not putting me in more debt that we realistically could afford. I will go back in the future regardless of the distance and they will be the first dealership I visit when it's time to upgrade my wife's car. When I finally met with Richard he was detailed and quick to get all the paperwork finalized and signed and me into the new truck. He explained everything to my satisfaction and answered all my questions without any hesitation. I appreciated his attention to details. I think its also important to note these guys all stayed at least an hour after the closing time of the dealership's posted hours to get the deal completed. More
Horrible Customer Service This dealership is horrible. I brought my car in for service and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From Don the service man This dealership is horrible. I brought my car in for service and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From Don the service manager to Jamie the owner, they are all pompous and rude. They do not value customer service at all. I will never go there again. More

We were shown various type vehicles, and although I liked the small SUV's I still had to consider the entrance height of the vehicle. You see my Mother is 97, and I transport her to all her appointments and getting in an out is very important when choosing a vehicle. Thus, the Spark was a good fit for me and my family. Also, my husband and I were a little confused with the bill of sale and the method of compilation. The car MSRP was $14,400 with a trade in allowance of $1,100, and an allowance of $500 GM Card, with a cash down payment of $2000. In the final analysis the amount to be financed was $13,045. I know there was a sales tax of some $825. and document processing of $398. We had assumed that the financed amount would be more like $12,200? Anyway more of a curiosity as to how these numbers are compiled? More
