Do not go to this dealership. Pushy and pressured me into purchasing a vehicle I didn’t want. Cigarette holes wreaked like butts wouldn’t even let me test drive it. Had me test dr Pushy and pressured me into purchasing a vehicle I didn’t want. Cigarette holes wreaked like butts wouldn’t even let me test drive it. Had me test drive another vehicle and assured me it was same exact model etc. Thye couldn’t get me off the lot fast enough with this vehicle. For 2 months they blew me off. Brought back to them to have cigarette holes repaired and they didn’t repair them!!! Then actually ordered me a seat cover! It gets better! Told me they detailed it multiple times in which they did not. Told me they ran a machine to rid the smoke and they didn’t! Joel knew nothing about remote starters. Told me they weren’t available! I had to pay to have one installed!!! Gave me the runaround! Promised they would reimburse me for remote start given my troubles. Then I got a story their controller was out of office with heating issues at her home. One excuse after another with Joel and Brian duo! Buyer beware. Go elsewhere. I assure you - you will thank me!!! More
