The multi-point was thorough as usual. My only let down was actually leaving the dealership. They do a complimentary car wash. So when I get to my car there was grease smeared along the door. Since my car is pearl white it's pretty easy to see. So I nod my head and open the door. And then find boot scuff on the door jam. Which is ticked me off more ! Because if I can pick my feet up upon entry, so can an employee. I work with vehicles all day every day in my field of work. And I always treat a vehicle if it were my own. Sad to say at car dealership that doesn't apply. More

Communication with my service writer was less than ideal. I had to call, leave a message and then he would call me back. Conversations felt rushed. Car fixed but took 2 weeks.
