I wanted another Rogue but a Rogue is a Rogue anywhere: what makes the difference in dealerships is the people. McGavock has the best!. Being a senior citizen and buying a car on my own was intimidating but Will was so helpful and knowledgeable that it was a very pleasing and fun experience. Everyone I encounter was so friendly and just plain fun! Everyone made me feel like I was special and not a bother. Will made me fell like a person and that I would always be welcome to ask him any questions-no matter how trivial. I am very sorry that I do not remember the names of other people with whom I had contact....the lady at the desk that gave me my plates after they came in, for example. She, too, was great. The survey wants me to rate other people i other departments. I didn't work directly with anyone as Will did all the leg work, etc for me. More
