I have bought two cars from mcgavok. Both experiences have been great. I bought the maintenance plan and use them regularly. This has been a very easy and nice process. My only complaint is that I bought a car in May ‘21 with the tv’s in the back for our grandkids. I got my hotspot connected and thought it was done. We quickly learned we had no idea how to work the system. One visit for maintenance I asked for them to show me. When my car was ready I jumped in and left forgetting to have them do the necessary downloads and so on. Yesterday I went for my maintence service. Again great experience and I asked for help with the TV’s (car is a year old now). I picked up my car during the noon lunch hour and noticed they were grilling for lunch. The service looked all over the lot for a salesman to come explain the system, but couldn’t find anyone “available”. It didn’t take much knowledge to know they were enjoying lunch. I totally get that. I’m not mad they had a special event. I just wonder why they didn’t eat and enjoy on shifts so that the customers who were there could have been served. I’ll continue to go back. But I will know next time I buy a car to ask millions of questions before I leave, because let’s be honest, once you leave with that new car they aren’t interested in helping (unless you want to trade it!). More
