Was told my oil change would take an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Took nearly 4 hours. Was told that I was left a message and texted That my car was done. I was called twice by their service department asking me to bring our vehicle for its “initial” service. Once I brought it in I was asked what service I was needing. I told them “what ever you guys do on th to bring our vehicle for its “initial” service. Once I brought it in I was asked what service I was needing. I told them “what ever you guys do on the initial service.” 1 hr later I was charged $110.00. I told them you all called me and asked me to bring the vehicle in and now you’re gonna charge me. They had three different answers from three different people including the service manager. Find a different dealership to buy from. They operate under a common theme of unknowing, lack of transparency, and up-charging. Not worth your time!! More
