In the past, every time I have had to buy a car, it has NOT been a pleasant experience at all. I never felt that I was treated with respect and felt like a second class citizen. Dealing with the people at Auto Fair broke that mold. Doug "greeted me" when I drove in, did not pressure me to buy and offered to show me-offered-cars in my price range. I was amazed that he listened, found the car that I ended up purchasing. He was patient and understanding. The finance part has always been a nightmare for me even though I ran a consumer loan department and did indirect financing. Here David treated me with respect, no put downs, no superior attitude. He did his job in a very professional manner and answered ALL my questions. And, I did not think I was going to have any! The GSM, Kevin Shevelin stayed on top of the entire process making sure everything was going smoothly. All everyone in the Dealership wanted was for me to be happy with my purchase and the service they provided. Auto Fair is NOW my dealer of choice. I have found a home and have no desire to go anywhere else. I am recommending everyone at the dealership to everyone I know that wants/needs to buy a car-even if it is not a Nissan. More
