Really a CLASS A dealership, came to McFarland Nissan and picked up a model of Nissan that I have really always liked and l I left feeling 100X better than I had, when I had walked in!! Bill Kliskey was trul picked up a model of Nissan that I have really always liked and l I left feeling 100X better than I had, when I had walked in!! Bill Kliskey was truly remarkable in getting right to the reason why I was there and not wasting time on "up talking" and grandstanding. I really appreciated the honesty from Bill and his expertise, not ONCE did I feel that Bill was trying to push something on me that I wasn't comfortable with, no matter where we were in the transaction. Later on, I worked with the gentleman by the name of Adam Veinotte who I found out was one of the higher ups who took his time to finalize everything and make sure that everything was set and secure for me before I left for the evening, as I was the last customer for the day and had to pick up the car at a later time, as it was a new arrival on the lot, due to my work schedule. Adam was so humble, that I was shocked when I learned that he was the gentleman who gave the okay to the salesman on the floor before a deal was finalized. At the end I dealt with Ryan in finance, who really took his time to explain to me what they offered as far as warranties go, without the pushiness that I've experienced at other dealerships, I really felt like the terms and what was covered, were explained to me crystal clear with what he told me, and the literature he provided. I actually ended up adding a warranty that I felt would make my purchase more secure, should anything happen in the future over a good duration, and I didn't feel like it was an overpriced marketing tactic slapped on top of my purchase price by finance in order to generate a higher loan amount to secure higher commissions, I feel like I purchased value and not junk which I thoroughly appreciated. My whole experience at this dealership was impeccable, and I feel that my purchase was of good value and that I truly hit it on the mark when I stopped in at McFarland. I will without a question in my mind, come back to McFarland in the future for more business, and will recommend other people to do the same if in need of a vehicle. Nice job gentleman!!! More

The person I worked with in the Service Dept (Chrissy) was awesome! Very courteous and welcoming. When I first arrived she did the necessary check-in stuff for my scheduled service.
