She remembered I wanted a quote for a trailer hitch and attached one to my receipt. For the used car sales department where we bought a used Sonata, we had a very bad experience, however. On more than one occasion the sales associate blatantly lied to us about the state of the used car we were considering. We arranged an appointment for a specific car, yet when we arrived the sales associate assigned to us knew absolutely nothing about this particular car. He knew nothing about the warranty package and had to go and ask another for clarity. We were told work would be completed that wasn’t. All told, I will absolutely not be working with this dealership again. More
