Perfectly average and that's what I'm generally looking for. The entrance to their location is definitely inconvenient, can't be helped so it doesn't affect my personal score of them. Service was quick and they had a very accommodating courtesy service which I really appreciate. It's not like Honda with a big wait-in Foyer or drive in bay for services, but that's not needed, just a nicety. They deserve every positive review for sure. More

When I went in for a recall work ,I asked if I could set up a time for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor said they could do it right now.
