From start to finish, the professionalism and dedication of Sales Consultant Fernando Andrada and General Sales Manager Jason Ose were outstanding. I arrived at the dealership on a Friday evening around 5:00 PM—just an hour before their official closing time. Despite the late hour, Fernando and Jason made sure my needs were their top priority. They stayed well past closing, working until 8:00 PM to ensure the deal was structured correctly and that I was completely taken care of. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every step of the process. Fernando was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions about the F150 Hybrid, while Jason went above and beyond to secure a deal that worked perfectly for me. If you're in the market for a vehicle and want to work with a team that truly values your time and business, I highly recommend McFarland Ford. Longtime ford owner. Went in to negotiate a sedan. They came back with a higher than expected monthly payment. I said I was looking to lower the monthly payment and they Went in to negotiate a sedan. They came back with a higher than expected monthly payment. I said I was looking to lower the monthly payment and they said the only way they could do that was to lower the price of the car or lower the interest. The salesman Angel said he would go ask if they could do that and how much was I looking to lower it. I asked him if they could knock 3000 off the asking price. The original price was a little over 25k. The manager Bruce Sellar came back over and sat down, upset from the jump. He asked why I would even ask for that, which surprised me. (Moments before they asked me what I was looking to do) I said at that monthly payment, (543 for 66 months) the interest and principal would be 10000 over the asking price for the loan. He said “then pay cash, people buy houses all the time and pay interest.” He said I was “silly for even asking for that” and tried to convince me that it was completely useless to go from dealership to dealership asking for that kind of discount. Not sure why he assumed any of that. Not a good experience. Super unprofessional response to asking for different numbers rather than countering or just saying they can’t meet that. More

I crossed the threshold of the dealership and like an angel amongst rubble, Rachael stood triumphant. She beckoned me closer, “My child,” she said - “come in, for I can give you a great rate and fixed APR”. Doves flew from underneath her desk and the angelic gospel choir came out from the walls- unphased by the now seemingly unreliable structural integrity of the walls - singing hymns and encouragement of this too good to be true car. “Come my child, let’s take a test drive”. No sooner did the ignition turn than did my heart melt into the idea of owning this beauty. Gorgeous interior, comparable mileage , and wonderfully smooth on the treacherous 101. I was sold. Efficiently, we traded my 2010 ford for my new to me 2015 firs fusion and off into the sunset I drove, ready to battle and overcome even the most daunting of drives. Doves not included with the car. Whole team was great, they really sold me with the gospel gowns and attire. More
Wonderful sales rep Steve McCathy was knowledgeable and made the experience of purchasing easy. Felt like we had be well served by him and also made a friend. We had been to other dealerships and it was a big difference the moment we walked through the door. I never felt pressured or harassed to buy even after leaving the dealership the first time. Had my back up camera replaced less then 2 years ago when it was Rochester Ford. It started glitching again so I called and they said it’s under warranty. I specifically called them again before my appointme it was Rochester Ford. It started glitching again so I called and they said it’s under warranty. I specifically called them again before my appointment and ask if there will be a diagnostic fee and they said not if it’s the camera. 2 hours later I was told it’s the wiring and I had to pay $170 diagnostic fee which is ridiculous. That wiring should have been replaced 2 years ago if that’s really even the problem. More
