When they installed my new tire they crimped the side which began to tear after 3 months. I purchased a tire from another dealer since I was out of town when the tire tore. I made the mistake of leaving which began to tear after 3 months. I purchased a tire from another dealer since I was out of town when the tire tore. I made the mistake of leaving the damaged tire with the sales manager at McDonough Nissan without taking a picture of it. Six weeks went by with no response from anyone at the dealership. I finally gave up which is what they wanted me to do. $105 didn't mean much to them but it meant a lot to me. I tell everyone that I know about their dishonesty and poor customer service. More
