My wife and I have a used Nissan Sentra that we bought from this dealership. The warranty was the standard 3 years 36,000 mile. On the last day of the warranty, but less than 20,000 miles on the car, ou from this dealership. The warranty was the standard 3 years 36,000 mile. On the last day of the warranty, but less than 20,000 miles on the car, our instrument cluster went out. We weren't able to get to the dealership until the dealership until the next morning. I met with Adam Hubbard, Service Lane Manager and from the first minute, he was helpful, professional and most courteous. Although the warranty had technically expired by less than 24 hours, Adam went to bat for us and recommended all repairs be covered. He gave me the numbers to call andspeak with Nissan corporate customer relations. I dealt with Lori Ann who took my information. A short while later, I received a call back from Daniel, the regional service manager (I think) who told me he was familiar with our situation and had already reached out to Adam. Bottom line, Nissan covered the entire repair and saved us over $1100.00 !!! I can't thank Adam enough for his help and guidance. We are Nissan customers for life! More
