While waiting a sales associate offered to show me the new inventory of cars. I was not interested in purchasing at the time, which he understood without applying pressure. The turn around time for service was fast and all of my concerns were addressed. I plan to make this my Nissan dealership and transfer from Newnan due to the excellent customer service provided. He got the pieced ordered and kept me up to date with how things was going. My last experience at a different dealer I had to call and check on my car. I brought my vehicle in February 7 because my check engine light was on. The problem was a bad O2 sensor which I had replaced exactly one year ago. The part was ordered and I brought the vehicle back this morning for the repair which I was told would take about 2 hours. I arrived at 8:30am it is now 2:53pm and the repair is still not complete. This is by far the worst service visit that I have ever experienced. For it to take over 6 hours to get a repair which was supposed to be only 2 hours is unacceptable. More
