I was slightly aggravated about two issues 1) When I bought the vehicle from this deal Everyone at service center was considerate and professional. I was slightly aggravated about two issues 1) When I bought the vehicle from this dealership I was promised 3 free oil changes. The first-time I took the car for service they charged me for the service and I had to remind them of their agreement at time of purchase. Same thing happened with the second service when they fixed the safety recall. Apparently no one at the dealership recorded the comp oil changes at time of purchase. When I take the car in for the third service I am sure there will be another issue about the 3rd comp service. When I explain to the service manager what's happening I'm not charged but I'm not sure if they believe me or Not, and to me it becomes an integrity issue. 2) When I got the car back there was grease on the inside of the driver's door and spilled coffee in the pocket of the door. I didn't say anything, I just drove the car home and cleaned it myself. These are not earth shaking issues, but if you really want to improve your customer service I think you should have this information. I do feel that the people in the dealership that I interacted with are trying to do a good job. More
