Patience Timely Above Average I came in for a recall procedure. Alex told me that if I came in Nissan would fill up my gas tank and detail my car. He kept his promise and after I r I came in for a recall procedure. Alex told me that if I came in Nissan would fill up my gas tank and detail my car. He kept his promise and after I recived my services, my car returned to me in superior condition! While I waited in the lobby, staff were answering my questions and one gentleman offered me an umbrella to go outside. The detailer made me want to give him a hug but he was real quick and I didnt see him afterwards. It felt like I sat in a brand new car again! I love this Nissan McDonough location and I always reccomend people to your company. You all are more than just a car dealership. Infuriating Service people were fine. The issue was a yellow oil fluid left all over my leather passenger side seat when I received my car back. Even after some c Service people were fine. I have no issue with the work done, but I don’t want my interior damaged in the process. The lack of attention to something so obvious is very concerning. More
