Overall we had a great experience, but we were shuffled around amongst other team members and I got the distinct feeling that they weren’t all that interested in spending time with us on a smaller purchase (used and less than $10k). In the end we got what we wanted at a fair price and I’m happy with the deal. Everyone was very nice and they were quick to make things right when we noticed some missing parts under the hood. More
