Lack of communication I had to update my phone number 3 times before it was finally done to include talking to the service manager Brian. Finally Shelby changed it after I I had to update my phone number 3 times before it was finally done to include talking to the service manager Brian. Finally Shelby changed it after I inquired about the current number. This time I had to call and find out my part was in after several weeks. When I came in to the shop to replace the part Elvis was helpful. I left the car and within a few hours Elvis called and the cashier called saying my vehicle was ready.
