Lack of communication I had to update my phone number 3 times before it was finally done to include talking to the service manager Brian. Finally Shelby changed it after I I had to update my phone number 3 times before it was finally done to include talking to the service manager Brian. Finally Shelby changed it after I inquired about the current number. This time I had to call and find out my part was in after several weeks. When I came in to the shop to replace the part Elvis was helpful. I left the car and within a few hours Elvis called and the cashier called saying my vehicle was ready. Maybe from now on service will be more reliable as they were this time. More

Lack of customer service and updates regarding the vehicle left her with a bad taste in her mouth and obviously she wasn’t the only one due to she could not speak with the service manager due to other customers who were in the same situation and showing their displeasure with the service to the manager.
