Three hour+ oil change I have a Titan XD diesel. I cannot go anywhere else to get an oil change. I’m forced to use my local dealer. They are good people but it is common I have a Titan XD diesel. Misleading sale tactics and dishonesty We saw a online ad for a SUV we been looking for and went to test drive. We test drove, loved the SUV and decided to buy. Salesman George creates a co We saw a online ad for a SUV we been looking for and went to test drive. We test drove, loved the SUV and decided to buy. Salesman George creates a contract with added fees that were not priced on the advertised posting on their website. According to GA state law, consumers must purchase a vehicle at the price it was advertised for and are not responsible for any additional fee. George added extra $2100 in fees to our contract. We brought the issue to the general sale manager Chuck attention and he only agree to refund $699 in dealer fees. We then had to keep calling the gen. sales manager Chuck to make sure he held up his agreement to refund, but kept giving us the run around. I had to personally speak to the accountant manager there to get the check processed to the bank. Overall we didn't appreciate the misleading tactics and dishonesty used to make a sale. More
Sales I brought a truck on December 31,2018. We noticed some things that needed to be painted on the truck. They assured us that they would take care of the I brought a truck on December 31,2018. We noticed some things that needed to be painted on the truck. They assured us that they would take care of the damages. I drove the truck back to McDonough on 1/18/19 (they only paint on Friday). You can't make an appt, it's first come first serve. I arrived at 9:30 waited 3 hrs before someone checked in and told me status of the truck. They stated the truck was being painted that's why it takes some time. During the 3 hrs no one came to check on me, mentioned anything g about shuttle services etc. when I asked for shuttle service all of sudden the truck was ready. When I saw the truck you could tell it was touch up paint and didn't match. The sales manager Alex Clarke told me not to touch the paint. In my head I'm thinking I can clearly see there is an issue so I touched where the issue was. He stated that they were only supposed to touch up the paint. I explained that no when I came in you stated the truck was being painted. I asked about rust on the door (it is a used truck but it's a 2018) he assured it would be fixed. It was touch up paint. The truck was sent back to the paint shop. Coming back from dropping the truck he came to where I was sitting and said I’m doing you a favor, I stated I didn’t know the truck was free. Alex stated he would rather deal with my husband, I stated your dealing with me and my husband is on the phone. Alex walked off. I still had to wait longer, 5 hrs to be exact, and I asked for a shuttle 3 hrs after waiting and waited 45 mins for them to find a driver to drive me in a personal car to get something to eat. Now I sat and watched everyone take a lunch buy flowers etc! The sales manager even left out to buy flowers but couldn't find a shuttle driver. not one checked in until I paged them asking for the status or the shuttle. Piss poor service! I will not buy from here again and I advise you to stay far far away. More
