Our experience was awful at this dealership. Communication with our service associate Kimberly was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I regularly had to reach out to get updated on the status of our service often I’d get no response or a response days later after multiple attempts to reach out. We were originally denied a loaner vehicle until they told us the car was ready to be picked up and it wasn’t. I contacted corporate and they agreed it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the property. We dropped our car off on September 19th. I was notified 3 days after the tags on the loaner car expired that they needed to be replaced. Only then when I spoke with a manager from a different dealership was any progress made. It was October 25th before our car was diagnosed and we ultimately picked up our car on November 1st with no repairs. More

I highly recommend this place to everyone great service in a fast paste and very professional. Mr. Burke was amazing. Very professional, very knowledgeable and patient. The experience was very disappointing. The advisor was not personable and was not interested in me as a customer. Never addressed me about the status of my car not until I questioned him The advisor was not personable and was not interested in me as a customer. Never addressed me about the status of my car not until I questioned him as to why was my oil change was taking over 3 hours. With a 9 am appointment my car was not taken to car bay until 12pm without no explanation as if my time did not matter. My entire day was ruin as I didn't leave the dealership until after 1 pm. This was unacceptable. The expectation was that if they were short of mechanics or extremely could not accommodate my car than I, as the owner, should have been informed to either change my appointment or make a decision. Such disrespect. The only response I get was I'm sorry. The dealership is near my home but if I am to get this lack of attention and poor customer service I will resume taking my car to another location. Although when the service was complete, the manager complimented my service fee. That was a some consolation but all in all it was a very bad experience and this was not my first time visiting that dealership. You have to do better. More
