I arrived for my appointment on time and was told it would take 2 hours. It took over 4 hours. The biggest reason for this was your staff. The car in the bay next to mine was getting an oil change and it took more than an hour. They would do one task and then walk away and talk to other associates. More

I was seen without an appointment my needs were addressed promptly, even when added service was needed I was not told come back. Coming from Florida, our car started to break down on the interstate and barely made it to the hotel in limp mode late at night. I was surprised that the McDonald dealer was able to take the car in as soon a interstate and barely made it to the hotel in limp mode late at night. I was surprised that the McDonald dealer was able to take the car in as soon as they opened the next day and repaired it within a few hours. It was a major repair requiring a fuel injector replacement, but they had me back on the road in time to get home 5 hours away in Tennessee by dinnertime. A big thank you to Kim and the other good people there at McDonough Hyundai! More
