Brought my Santa Fe in for one of the free oil and filter changes. Purchased it here. I had an appointment but had to wait almost four hours. I have had my car service twice in 3months and my left driver light was out. The dashboard had a yellow warning light. . Both times the overall multipoint inspection said my lights were good. The most recent service in November was needed due to both of my headlights needing replacements. I feel this dealership has really done a disservice to my Hyundai Pallisade. You guys have striped my oil pans holder, forgotten to put oil in my truck caused problems and inconvenience. I think it’s time we double check the process of actually checking the vehicles and checklist. More
