I put off doing this review for Cedrick sake, he is kind and tried his best to help with what happened. We agreed on a price and headed into the financial part, we already had financed with someone else, on and tried his best to help with what happened. We agreed on a price and headed into the financial part, we already had financed with someone else, one of the managers told us that if we went with them they would not charge the finance fee, but we were in fact charged, every time I tried to read the paperwork they would rush me, I found out later that they overcharge the agreed upon price and charged us a fee of no insurance but we had insurance on the car and was completed before we left the dealership, once everything was done I went out to my new car to find that one of the service workers had damaged the rear end, the windshield, left lottery tickets and had smoked in the vehicle (due to a lung condition that made it hard to breathe) I informed Cedrick immediately and he brought me “We owe you” I informed him that I would need a rental because of my schedule and the detailers I would have to drop off the vehicle instead of having an appointment which he agreed upon as this was done by their employee. When I called them to inform them that I was on my way in I was treated rudely by someone in their call center, she accused me of lying and trying to do whatever I wanted, I still went in and told them what happened and was not treated as I should have been and was told that I should have called but I did! I was also told that he had to fight for a rental car from the manager.. excuse me!?! You damaged my car and intend to have me deal with it? Rude management, I honestly should have returned the vehicle at that moment but I didn’t, they did fix the rear end but not the other damages. I tried to contact about the issues with the finance however I have been ignored. I would buy from them again, just very alert next time. More

Literally called the next morning after driving SUV home. Was missing a little trim piece on window. Initially, was told no problem, will take care of it, Titus Marshall even said he would drive a loaner out to us and swap out and get it taken care of. Did that happen? NO. Still waiting a month later. When I text him, it literally takes DAYS for him to respond. Finally started complaining about lack of service, and his response now is " I'm only a salesman" . Then don't make promises you don't intend to follow through on. More
