McDonough Hyundai has extremely poor customer follow up. I always had to call for the status of my vehicle. I was never called with a courtesy call even when I requested a call back from the service manager I always had to call for the status of my vehicle. I was never called with a courtesy call even when I requested a call back from the service manager. This dealer had my car for 3 months and I was never issued a loaner. I was getting my engine repaired. I should’ve been set up with some type of rental while my car was being serviced. Their advice was to rent my own vehicle. Renting my own car was not feasible option at the time. I lost time and money due to not having a car. I was not treated like a valued customer. More

I be tempted to ask 30 more questions just to stay on the phone. I put my car in the service department to be diagnosed Jan 31, however, they got to it weeks ahead of schedule. Unlike another shop that kept it a whole day, they was able to find the problem. I had been told it was starter, battery, that i needed another key--by other mechanics ,, all was WRONG!!! The cost to repair is $749,, how about this... I was BLESSED with option to make payments on my repairs through finance company (guess that's what it is) called Sunbit. So now, i can break payment down to 12 months. This is one very clean place. If i could be hired in sales, this would be the ideal dealer. Very large inventory. If I was going to buy a newer Hyundai, it'd be here. But heck, my 2015 Azera gonna be like NEW once they are done--got nooo plans to get rid of it, runs great already!! More
